Climb Mount Kilimanjaro

Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro is one of the most popular trekking adventures in Africa, offering a chance to reach the highest peak on the continent at 5,895 meters. The climb is a non-technical expedition, meaning no climbing equipment or mountaineering skills are required, but good physical fitness, mental determination, and proper acclimatization are important. The journey passes through five distinct ecological zones, starting from lush rainforest, moving through moorland and alpine desert, and ending at the icy summit. Trekkers can choose from several routes such as Marangu, Machame, Lemosho, Rongai, and Umbwe, each varying in scenery, difficulty, and duration of 6 to 9 days.
